Scope of Services
ZAIDUN & PARTNERS divides legal services into two types of services, litigation and non-litigation services. Litigation services are under Department of Litigation; while, non-litigation services are differentiated into business affairs and administrative affairs. Business affairs are handled by Department of Business and administrative affairs are handled by Department of Administrative Affairs.
Department of Litigation
Department of Litigation gives legal services to clients dealing with lawsuits in various courts throughout Indonesia. Concerning this type of services, our advocates as well as counselors have shown good performance. Relying upon professionalism, they have handled cases properly in trial courts, appellate courts, and Supreme Courts as well.
In addition, ZAIDUN & PARTNERS also handles alternative dispute resolution that includes conciliation, negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.
Department of Business Law
Department of Business Law gives legal services to clients that deal with corporate and business aspects. This department handles company restructuring and problem arising out of business transactions, capital market, banking, and financial institution. This Department also deals with investments problems, rights of land, intellectual properties, environment and maritime cases.
Legal services given in this department are in forms of:
- Conducting legal audit and writing legal opinion, preparing draft contract including standard contract needed by business actors
- Advising business actors to strengthen bargaining position in negotiation and cooperation
- Assisting business actors in obtaining government's approval and licenses and in communicating with authorized institution so concerned
- Counseling business actors in conciliation for resolving their legal problems appropriately
- Writing legal opinion on legislation and regulations and other general requirements dealing with business or business plans and various legal aspects of business to be complied with by business actors.
Department of Administrative Law
Department of Administrative Law gives legal services to clients, which are mostly municipal and regency governments and their divisions and/or bureaus, to deal with administrative legal affairs.
Legal service given in this department are in forms of:
- Preparing regional bills
- Counseling governmental disputes
- Preparing regents/mayors decrees
- Advising regional governments in making cooperation with other party
- Assisting legal bureaus in confirming administrative action
