Muchammad Zaidun
Zaidun is managing partner to ZAIDUN & PARTNERS. Prior to the establishment of this Law Firm, he was Director of Surabaya Legal Aid Institution. Zaidun has license issued by the Capital Market - Financial Supervisory Agency (Bapepam-LK). He is registered as Capital Market Legal Consultant Association (HKHPM). Moreover, he chairs Education Division to the Capital Market Legal Consultant Association (HKHPM). He obtained Doctor of Law from Airlangga University. Zaidun is expert in handling investment matters and he has experience in negotiation, mediation, and company restructuring. He has certificate as a mediator and currently, he is Coordinator for Research, Study, and Publication Division to the Indonesia Mediators (AMINDO).
M. Anshoroel Churry
Anshoroel is vice managing partner to ZAIDUN & PARTNERS. He is expert in corporate matters, business transactions, commercial contracts, procurement contracts, and construction contracts. He started his career as Chief of Representative Office of Surabaya Legal aid Institution at Malang for five years. He has been an advocate for more than twenty (20) years. He is well-experienced in handling business cases and litigation in general. He is also expert in advising for the establishment and restructuring of regional government-owned enterprises in East Java Provincial Government. He obtained his master's degree from Airlangga University whose theses is about regional government-owned enterprises.
Peter Mahmud Marzuki
Peter is expert in international business transactions. he specializes in drafting sales contract, distributor contracts, licenses, technology transfer and technical assistance contracts, and other international business contracts. In addition, he is experienced in preparing shipbuilding contracts, construction contracts, and facility loan agreements. He was legal expert to Economic Law and Improved Procurement System (ELIPS) project, which is under Coordinating ministry of Finance and Development Supervision and financed by USAID.
Peter's bachelor degree is on Constitutional Law. He has two master's degrees. His first master's degree, which obtained from Airlangga University, is on Administrative Law with theses about Regional Government. His second master's degree is obtained from Washington College of Law, American University, Washington D.C., U.S.A. under Fulbright-Hays sponsorship. He also got Doctor of Law from Airlangga University with dissertation about Patent Law.
Based on his academic background, in addition to international business transaction, Peter also skillful in administrative law and law dealing with government affairs.
Hardjo Sumitro
Sumitro is experienced in Capital Market. He took seceral short courses on Banking and Finance Institution in the United States. He has license issued by the Capital Market - Financial Supervisory Agency (Bapepam-LK). He is registered as Capital Market Legal Consultant with the Capital Market Legal Consultant Association (HKHPM).
He is former Director of Trade to PT. Bursa Efek Surabaya (Surabaya Stocks Exchange). He was also Director to a going-public company. In addition, Sumitro held decisive offices in Directorate General of Monetary Affair and in Capitam Market Supervisory Agency, the Department of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.
Budi Endarto
Budi specializes in capital market and investment. As a lawyer who goes to court, he handles corporate and business cases. In addition, he has a license issued by The Capital Market Supervisory Agency as a legal consultant to capital market matters in Indonesia.
